Dear colleagues,

Thank you very much for all your feedback. I have tried to incorporate
all of your changes - I have a limited amount of time a could work on
this. With regards to the SYNTHESYS+ catagories I cannot change them
because they have already been Finalised. I tried to fix the alignment
of the table contents.

Here is the final. I will send it to the GBIF coordinator now.
