Dear CETAF Representatives,
The European Project Advisory Group is working on the implementation of a novel system for a collaborative approach to European funding calls, by means of a
common CETAF database. For this initiative, we would like to set up a
network of EPAG Contact Points (CPs) who will be in charge of channelling information on behalf of their institution.
We would therefore kindly ask for your
help in selecting the most appropriate colleagues for this role – ideally profiles for the CP role would be project officers, scientific directors or research officers, i.e. someone with solid understanding of the institution’s research needs and possibly
previous experience with EU-funded projects. Naturally, you are also welcome to nominate yourself if you feel you as the right person for the task.
To nominate an EPAG Contact Point, simply open
this link (https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1UfzlyFAiXpiXqhNb5CdJx-mHT-uUD8n6dI_pzIBtA6o/edit?gid=0#gid=0) and insert their name and
email address in the row corresponding to your institution/consortium. Once we have received all the nominations, EPAG will organise a webinar with the CPs to elaborate further on how we envisage the collaboration based on the Database. This webinar is tentatively
planned for Monday, 13 January 2025, at 14:00 CET.
For more information about the EPAG-CETAF Database of European funding calls, please refer to the attached Strategy document.
We would be grateful if you would nominate the Contact Point by
Friday, 6 December. For any further clarification, please contact us at
cetaf_epag_core@cetaf.simplelists.com.
On behalf of EPAG, with kind regards,
