Dear Interested partners,

Here are the minutes from the meeting of the 9^th August (HERE), the link to the recording is within.

A summary of action points:

• Deadline for collecting expressions of interests - 18th September 2023. Please add to this google sheet
• Note interested participants should pay attention to the Expected Outcomes (EOs) and what is needed. This does not mean you have to individually cover all of the EOs but you should relate to at least one.
• Call for institutions to be project coordinator – please send your proposal to (laura.tilley@cetaf.org). Candidates for the project coordinator role should explicitly outline, in writing, their capacity to fulfill the role. Then we can vote. – 18th September 2023 for brief CV.
• To note: We need an institute/persons (CETAF member) that have experience and resources (to deal with the technical, administrative and any financial coordination), a transparent and open collaborative style of working and have full consideration of CETAF/ partners interests and the initial reasons for responding to this call.
• Doodle poll for next meeting: https://doodle.com/meeting/organize/id/b2WwRNWd please fill in by next Tuesday.
• To note I suggest to have bi-weekly meetings say on Wednesday’s at 11am (CEST). Please let me know if you object. It more consistent and saves filling doodle polls each time.
• LT will set - up a mailing list for participants interested in the call. This is to avoid flooding the CETAF ESG with emails and avoid confusion over different meetings and intiatives.  The contacts will be gathered from the expression of interest form.
