Dear Ana and Elspeth

For info Meise is involved in the submission of 2 workshops with other cetaf colleagues and IdigBio, on people names and the one on  collections descriptions.  Contact Quentin Groom.

Hence the workshops and sessions I have to co organize for Cost Mobilise in Feb2020, hosting Cetaf in May 2020 in Tervuren and Tdwg, Gbif, idigbio joint event in sept 2020, for SPNCH I will most probably participate but with one or the other abstract, but not going for submitting a symposia or workshop myself.

All the best

Patricia

Dear all

This is to inform you that the deadline for submitting proposals for symposia and workshops for the SPNHC & ICOM NATHIST 2020 conference has now been extended to the 25th October 2019. This is to enable final planning for symposia and workshops to take place at BiodiversityNext and at the CETAF 46 meeting.

However, we would still encourage people to submit proposals as soon as possible. After submitting, you will be able to edit them during the week of the BiodiversityNext conference. We already have a number of symposia and workshops submitted and it will help our planning to receive notice of proposals as early as possible.

Symposium and Workshop Submission. Submission is now open for your suggested symposium or workshop. We recommend you read the Submission Guidelines carefully before submitting.

With best wishes

Elspeth

Subject: [CETAF_Members] SPNHC & ICOM NATHIST 2020 Submissions Deadline Friday 27th September

Dear all,

I would like to remind you the deadline  of 27th September 2019 for symposia and workshops submission for the upcoming conference jointly organized by SPNHC and ICOM.

The topic of the conference "The role of natural history collections in global challenges" is highly relevant to our community in very many different aspects of our work and we would like to encourage you to participate actively in that meeting!

CETAF working groups' activity together with the work developed under EU funded DiSSCo linked projects may frame our possible particupation and our community may then find in this conference in Edinburgh a very important place to voice and reach out our achievements as well as to discuss ongoing developments and challenges with peers and other interested parties.

Please do not hesitate to ask us for any help or support you may need.

Best regards,

Ana Casino
