Dear colleagues,

Following the timeline announced during our last CETAF 44^th Governing Board Meeting (CETAF44) in Bratislava, Slovakia, we are now ready to circulate the Nominees List for the different positions within the CETAF Executive Committee (see attached file). The CETAF Executive Committee elections will take place at the CETAF 45^th Governing Board meeting (CETAF45) that will be held on the 15-16 May in Tartu, Estonia. Please remember that each candidate nominated for one of the 4 legal positions (Chair, vice-Chair, Treasurer, Secretary) but not elected to that position, automatically will become candidate as an ordinary member of the CETAF EC (to be added to the current nominees).

Following the agreed procedure, for those nominees who are not Directors of their institutions and have not been nominated by their Directors but by other Member’s representatives, it is required to provide a letter from their institution confirming that they are available to serve on the Executive Committee for the position to which they have been nominated. Each nominee is also requested to provide a personal statement (background, motivation and vision of their contribution to the CETAF community) to be sent to the CETAF General Secretary: ana.casino@cetaf.org ).

The final List of candidates, together with the supporting letters when needed and the personal statements, will be circulated to you before the agreed deadline of 14^th March 2019 (i.e. two months prior to the CETAF45 meeting where the elections will take place).
