Hi Lev, Thank you for your interest, to kindly remind you that your institution has to be a member of CETAF, and you should be a full-time employee at one of the CETAF institutions. Unfortunately, you will not be able to be leader as a representative of the Tel Aviv University - since it is not a CETAF member. But if the Tel Aviv University has collections it may be interested in joining CETAF? We could discuss membership options, with my colleagues.
